The 24th International Workshop on Electromagnetic Nondestructive Evaluation (ENDE2019) will be held on September 11-14, 2019, at the Longemont Hotels in Chengdu, Sichuan, China.

 

This year's technical sessions, student posters competition and other special events will be hosted by the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, the Sichuan University and the Southwest Jiaotong University. The subjects of the 24th workshop will focus on the theoretical and applied research on Electromagnetic Non-destructive Evaluation methods and provide a wonderful opportunity to exchange ideas and update on the latest developments.

◆ Guidelines for Oral Presentation:

Presenters are recommended to use the official template to prepare their slides. The time duration for an oral presentation is 20 minutes maximum, including 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A, please make sure the length of your slides should fit the time slot assigned for presentation. Please also prepare a printed short bio of yourself (about 150 words at most) and give it to the session chair prior to your presentation.

◆ Guidelines for Poster Presentation:

Posters must be prepared using the official template. For the convenience of authors, we provide the poster printing service, authors can click the "Print Poster" button on the Quick Links of the main page, then upload a poster and make payment ($15 for each poster). Please note that the poster printing service will end on 8th September 2019Poster sessions will be held in the Exhibit Hall of the conference venue. The size of the poster board is 90cm wide * 120cm high. Boards will be labelled with the "Board Number". Please refer to the conference program to find the corresponding board for your posters presentation. At least one author of the paper should stand by the poster for (most of the time) the duration of the poster session. This is essential to present your work to anyone interested in it also to make sure that your presence is verified by one of the session chairs. Materials to hang the poster will be made available on-site. Our staff will assist you to put up the posters at least 15 minutes prior to the commencement of each poster session. Please remove your poster at the end of the session.
